Acceptance and service

By using the website or Studio, you agree to these Terms. Nepali Ho provides public music and editorial pages and a separate Studio workflow for authorized users to prepare, review, render, and manage music-related materials and approved distribution workflows.

Your account and provider connections

Keep your Studio access and connected provider accounts secure. You are responsible for the actions taken through your account and for confirming that a provider account belongs to you or that you have authority to connect and use it. Connecting a provider account does not itself authorize every possible provider action.

Your content and rights

You are responsible for the content you upload, create, render, distribute, or publish through the service. You represent that you have the permissions, rights, and any required consents to use that content and to instruct the selected workflow. You keep ownership of your content, subject to the limited permission needed for Nepali Ho to operate the requested Studio workflow.

TikTok draft transfers

When TikTok is enabled for your Studio and you explicitly authorize a connection, Nepali Ho Studio may perform only the TikTok actions you authorize through TikTok's permission screen and the Studio confirmation flow. The intended TikTok workflow transfers an approved video to the connected creator's TikTok inbox as a draft.

The creator must review, edit, and complete any post inside TikTok. Studio does not automatically publish a video to TikTok and does not use TikTok's direct-publication permission for this draft-transfer workflow.

Third-party services

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, streaming services, and other external platforms are independent services. Their availability, rules, account requirements, and handling of your information are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to the accounts and services you choose to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or Studio; interfere with its security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive material; use another person’s account or provider connection without authority; or use the service to violate applicable law or another party’s rights.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every feature, or compatibility with every provider platform. We may limit or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Studio are provided on an “as available” basis. Nepali Ho is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party platforms, provider-account actions, or content you choose to upload or distribute. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law, changes, and contact

These Terms operate alongside the mandatory laws that apply to you and the service. We may update these Terms when the service or its legal requirements change; the updated date above identifies the current version.
